JesusIndex
The Jesus Organization Index offers Christian leaders a structured way to reflect on the mission, leadership practices, organizational principles and multiplication model Jesus demonstrated during His ministry — and what they might mean for their own organization.
- The problem
- Faith-based organizations can drift from the mission they were founded on. Leaders need a structured way to examine alignment, notice drift, and refocus attention on mission.
- What it does
- Pairs The Jesus Organization with an assessment — a 20-question Quick Assessment (5–7 min) or a 72-question Leadership Deep-Dive (20–25 min) — and twenty chapter-based workshop sessions. Results appear as a radar chart, individually or aggregated across an organization.

What the Index is — and is not
It is not a measure of salvation, doctrinal purity, or anyone's spirituality, nor a denominational ranking or a competition between churches. It is an organizational reflection tool, based on observations drawn from the ministry and example of Jesus in Scripture.
