Venture

Volunteer shift scheduling and hours tracking for schools, churches, and volunteer-driven organizations.

The problem

Volunteer coordinators get bogged down managing static sign-up sheets, manually copy-pasting recurring dates, tracking eligibility qualifications, and following up on unconfirmed shifts.

What it does

Generates recurring shifts in one pass (such as an entire school year) with holiday exclusions, restricts role sign-ups by eligibility (such as parents or certified volunteers), sends automated email and SMS reminders with urgent open-shift callouts, and automatically tracks volunteer hours.
